With a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Pastry from the Culinary Institute of America, I have cultivated a diverse culinary career across the United States, including kitchens in New York, Colorado, and California. My professional journey began in bakeries in the Cleveland area, where I honed my craft, and later, I pursued my passion for creating joy through desserts by working with Brookdale Senior Living. There, I advanced from Pastry Chef to Director of Dining Services, overseeing culinary operations and enhancing resident experience. Now, I am returning to my roots—pastries and baking—driven by my passion for bringing happiness through my culinary creations.
